This year, we’re committing to four key priorities:

1. Productizing Core Modules
   Our most successful components — like our entity resolution engine and ML monitoring pipeline — will evolve into standalone, modular offerings. Easier to deploy. Faster to customize. Ready out of the box.
2. Growing Lisbon into a Delivery Hub
   With new hires already in motion, we’re building Lisbon into our primary engineering nucleus in Europe — with client delivery, prototyping, and innovation all co-located for speed and impact.
3. Expanding Our Strategic Advisory Layer
   We’re formalizing partnerships with domain experts in finance, logistics, and regulatory tech to deepen how we match tech with context.
4. Laying Foundations in the UAE
   Early-stage conversations are underway. This year, we intend to validate opportunities, establish presence, and adapt our model to Gulf-region dynamics.
